Refund Policy You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the tour.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the tour are applicable for 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before tour non refundable.

A Booking is only officially cancelled once the Guest has received confirmation of the cancellation from info@bigreddxb.com
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card/debit card.
