Covid19 – Updates

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is always our priority. As a responsible tour provider, we strive to adopt all required health and safety standards. In light of COVID-19 we have taken this opportunity to further enhance these standards while maintaining the premium quality of our experiences. Due to the outdoor and exclusive nature of our experiences, we haven’t had to make any dramatic changes to our tours, apart from checking body temperature and all our staff wearing face masks during operation. Other adjustments that have been made are behind the scenes in order to maintain the high-quality and unique feel of our experiences.

Our health and safety guidelines adhere to all of the UAE government’s regulations and the tourism guidelines established by the Dubai Municipality Health and Safety (DMHS) and Dubai Tourism (DTCM). We sanitize all the equipment, vehicles and premises on a daily basis after each tour to ensure safe and secure experiences for travellers. We carefully monitor and take into account current WHO guidelines and update our safety measures as new information becomes available about COVID-19.
